Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know before your first IV hydration or wellness injection visit. The text below matches our FAQ schema markup exactly — if you update one, update both.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, debit, credit, Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, HSA, and FSA.
What is IV Hydration Therapy?
IV hydration therapy delivers fluids, vitamins, and nutrients directly into your bloodstream through a small IV. This allows for faster absorption and quicker results compared to oral supplements.
What are the benefits of IV therapy?
Depending on the drip you choose, benefits may include increased energy, improved hydration, stronger immune support, faster recovery from illness or workouts, reduced headaches or migraines, and healthier skin and overall wellness.
How long does a session take?
Most IV sessions take 30–60 minutes. Injections typically take only a few minutes. Time can vary, especially if you are a new client and an account needs to be created for you.
Is IV therapy safe?
Yes. All treatments are administered by a licensed medical professional following a health screening to ensure services are safe and appropriate for you.
Do I need an appointment?
Appointments are recommended to guarantee availability, but we may accept limited walk-ins during events or special promotions.
How often can I get IV therapy?
This depends on your goals and health needs. Many clients come weekly for wellness support, monthly for maintenance, or as needed for recovery or illness. We can help you choose a schedule that’s right for you.
Does IV therapy hurt?
You may feel a small pinch during insertion, but most clients find the treatment relaxing and comfortable.
Who should NOT receive IV therapy?
IV therapy may not be suitable for individuals with certain medical conditions such as kidney disease, heart conditions, or uncontrolled high blood pressure. A screening will be completed before treatment.
Do you offer injections without IV drips?
Yes! We offer wellness injections such as B-12 and Glutathione, with NAD+ being added to the menu soon. These are quick and convenient options for busy clients.
What should I do before my appointment?
We recommend eating a light meal, drinking water, and wearing comfortable clothing.
What should I expect after treatment?
Most clients feel refreshed and energized shortly after treatment. Results can vary depending on your body and hydration level.
Do you offer mobile services or group events?
We offer wellness events for parties, corporate wellness, and special occasions — contact us for details. One-on-one mobile visits are available on a limited, case-by-case basis, typically for established clients Kim already knows. Everyone is welcome to book an in-studio appointment in Gastonia.
Do I give myself the Semaglutide or Tirzepatide injection?
Yes. Semaglutide and Tirzepatide are self-injected medications. Kim will personally teach you the proper injection technique during your visit so you can administer your dose safely and confidently — she is not the one giving you this particular injection, though she remains available for ongoing RN support throughout your program.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid fees.
