Every weight-loss injection program (Semaglutide and Tirzepatide) and our Vitamin B-12 bundle includes an MD evaluation as part of your first visit. Kim coordinates your intake, health history, and RN consultation in person; a licensed physician reviews your evaluation and approves your treatment plan through a secure telehealth consultation, so you get physician-level oversight without a separate office visit or waiting room.

- Kim completes your in-person health screening and consultation at the time of your visit.
- Your case is reviewed by a licensed physician via telehealth as part of that same visit.
- Your treatment plan is approved before your first injection, and Kim provides ongoing RN support as you continue.
